• Parking: Free street parking is conveniently available on both Jefferson Street and Wenzel Street. 🚗
• Entry: The home is accessed via a seamless self check in using a smart lock with a unique code provided just for you. 🔑

📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Cameras: Exterior cameras are installed above the front door and at the back of the unit. They record 24 hours a day for your absolute safety.
• Noise: Please keep noise friendly to the neighbors. Strictly no parties.
• Condition: This is a well loved home. We professionally clean it, but minor signs of age may be present.

• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• No smoking inside.
• No pets allowed (A 200 dollar penalty fee applies). 🚫🐾
• Electronics: Please do not unplug connected electronics (A 100 dollar fee applies).
• Check out is at 10:00 AM. Late check outs must be approved in advance.
