• Bedroom: Features a queen sized bed, full length mirror, and closet with iron.
• Bathroom: Full bath with bathtub, sink, toilet, and in unit washer and dryer.

🅿️ GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire top rear apartment (Unit 6) and the private deck.
• Parking: Free street parking is available on both Jefferson and Wenzel. (Note: It gets crowded Wednesday afternoons and Sunday mornings).
• Entry: The home is accessed via Self Check In using a Smart Lock with a unique code per guest.

📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Cameras: Exterior cameras are installed above the front door, and at the back of the unit, recording 24/7 for your safety.
• Noise: Please keep noise neighbor friendly. Strictly no parties.
• Condition: This is a well loved home. We professionally clean it, but minor signs of age may be present.

• No Parties or Events.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
• No Smoking inside.
• No Pets allowed ($200 penalty fee).
• Electronics: Please do not unplug connected electronics ($100 fee).
• Check Out: 10:00 AM. Late check outs must be approved in advance.
