You will have access to the entire ground level apartment (Unit 5) and the private covered patio.
• Parking: Free street parking is available on both Jefferson and Wenzel. (Note: It gets crowded Wednesday afternoons and Sunday mornings).
• Entry: The home is accessed via Self Check In using a Smart Lock with a unique code per guest.

📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Cameras: Exterior cameras are installed above the front door overlooking the entrance, and above the back door facing the outdoor chairs, recording 24/7 for your safety.
• Noise: Please keep noise neighbor friendly. Strictly no parties.
• Condition: This is a well loved home. We professionally clean it, but minor signs of age may be present.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
• No Smoking inside.
• No Pets allowed ($200 penalty fee).
• Electronics: Please do not unplug connected electronics ($100 fee).
• Check Out: 10:00 AM. Late check outs must be approved in advance.
