You will have exclusive private access to the entire property including all 6 units.

UNITS 1, 3, AND 5 (Ground Level)
• Living Room: A comfortable seating area featuring a sleeper sofa, a daybed chair, and a Smart Roku TV.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and both Drip and Keurig coffee makers. 🍳
• Bedroom: Features a queen sized bed, a full length mirror, and a closet with an iron. 🛏️
• Bathroom: A full bath with a bathtub and an in unit washer and dryer.

UNITS 2, 4, AND 6 (Upper Level)
• Living Room: Features a comfortable futon bed, a daybed chair, and a Smart Roku TV.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee station.
• Bedroom: Features a queen sized bed, a full length mirror, and a closet with an iron. 🛏️
• Bathroom: A full bath with a bathtub and an in unit washer and dryer.

♿ ACCESSIBILITY
• Ground Floor: Units 1, 3, and 5 are located on the street level with absolutely no stairs.
• Upper Floor: Units 2, 4, and 6 are accessed using stairs.

🅿️ GUEST ACCESS
• Parking: Free street parking is available on both Jefferson Street and Wenzel Street. 🚗
• Entry: The home is accessed via self check in using a smart lock with a unique code for each guest. 🔑

📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Cameras: Exterior cameras are installed above every front door and back patio. They record 24 hours a day for your absolute safety.
• Condition: This is a well loved home. We professionally clean it, but minor signs of age may be present.
• Noise: Please keep all activity friendly to the neighbors.

• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• No smoking inside.
• No pets allowed (A 200 dollar penalty fee applies). 🚫🐾
• Electronics: Please do not unplug connected electronics (A 100 dollar fee applies).
• Check out is at 10:00 AM.
