UNITS 1, 3, & 5 (Ground Level)

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and both Drip & Keurig coffee makers.
• Bedroom: Features a Queen sized bed, full length mirror, and closet with iron.
• Bathroom: Full bath with bathtub and in-unit washer and dryer.

UNITS 2, 4, & 6 (Upper Level)
• Living Room: Features a futon bed, daybed chair, and Smart Roku TV.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee station.
• Bedroom: Features a Queen sized bed, full length mirror, and closet with iron.

• Ground Floor: Units 1, 3, and 5 are located on the street/ground level (No stairs).
• Upper Floor: Units 2, 4, and 6 are accessed via stairs.

The Home is Accessed Via Self Check-In Using a Smart Lock with a Unique Code Per Guest.

• Cameras: Exterior cameras are installed above every front door and back patio, recording 24/7 for your safety.
• Condition: This is a well-loved home. We professionally clean it, but minor signs of age may be present.
• Noise: Please keep activity neighbor-friendly.
