• Parking: Free street parking is conveniently available on both Jefferson Street and Wenzel Street. 🚗
• Entry: The home is accessed via a seamless self check in using a smart lock with a unique code provided just for you. 🔑

📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We take immense pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for your stay. The home is professionally cleaned and well maintained. Minor signs of age may be present since this is a well loved home rather than a hotel style property. If anything needs attention, we will address it promptly to ensure a completely stress free visit.

• Cameras: Exterior cameras are installed above the front door overlooking the entrance and at the back patio. They record 24 hours a day for your absolute safety.

⚠️ HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES
• Strictly no parties or events.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Strictly no smoking. 🚫
• Kindly keep noise and activity friendly to the neighbors.
• No pets allowed (A 200 dollar penalty fee applies). 🐾
• Electronics: Please do not unplug connected electronics (A 100 dollar fee applies).
• Visitors are welcome but only with prior notice and host approval.

📋 POLICIES
• Early Check In: We will do our absolute best to accommodate!
• Luggage Drop: Allowed with prior host approval.
• Late Check Out: Must be requested by the day before. Unapproved late check outs may incur a 50 dollar per hour fee.
• Package Delivery: We cannot guarantee the safe receipt of packages. Please use a local pick up location.
• Third Party Bookings: We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.
• Cancellation: To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours before check in.
