• Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and both drip and Keurig coffee machines. Includes basic cookware and dishes.
• Bedroom: Features a queen-sized bed, full-length mirror, and closet with iron.
• Bathroom: Full bath with bathtub, sink, toilet, and in-unit washer and dryer.

🅿️ GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire top-left apartment (Unit 2) and the private deck.
• Parking: Free street parking is available on both Jefferson and Wenzel. (Note: It gets crowded Wednesday afternoons and Sunday mornings).
• Entry: The home is accessed via Self Check-In using a Smart Lock with a unique code per guest.

📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Cameras: Exterior cameras are installed above the front door facing the stairs, recording 24/7 for your safety.
• Noise: Please keep noise neighbor-friendly. Strictly no parties.
• Condition: This is a well-loved home. We professionally clean it, but minor signs of age may be present.

• No Pets allowed ($200 penalty fee).
• Electronics: Please do not unplug connected electronics ($100 fee).
