Cultured in style, this surprisingly spacious 460 sq ft studio boasts a vast, open layout that is polished in local swag and comes wheelchair friendly (not ADA compliant).
• Kitchen: Rare for a studio, this Full-Sized Modern Kitchen merges elements of wood-toned cabinets with timeless black tile and includes a circular dining table at the heart of the room. 🍽️
• Sleeping: Rejuvenate after hours in the Gameyard in this Queen Bed that rests beneath a lofty, vaulted ceiling.
• Bath: This immaculate bathroom features a gorgeous walk-in shower surround with a glass door. 🚿
• Workspace: Situated below the window is an office nook with a desk… but let’s not kid ourselves, there won’t be any work accomplished during this stay.
• Accessibility: A ramp from the Gameyard to the suite allows those with wheelchairs to “Stay & Play” too!

🚗 PARKING
Parking is EXTREMELY limited given the dense urban environment, and therefore we recommend using a ride-share service or carpooling when feasible.
• Free Parking: On a first-come basis and is available at the rear of the property, as well as the side of the property just off Patterson Avenue.
• Street Parking: Free street parking is available as well on surrounding streets.

💬 COMMUNICATION
Communication will be via the booking channel. You may encounter our wonderful cleaning crew on the exterior of the premises during your stay to ensure everything looks great... feel free to say hello :)
