🔑 Guest Access

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, theater room, laundry, deck, and garage. Self check-in provides flexible arrival, and detailed access instructions are provided prior to your stay. During your visit, the home is exclusively yours with no shared spaces.

7 bedrooms, 3 full baths, theater room with spare bed, laundry room, 2-car garage, enormous and open main floor kitchen/entertainment/dining area and private deck make this a great place for you and your family, friends, or coworkers to be comfortable and have room to enjoy each other, yet have your own space, too. (Note: This is Wayne's residence. He lives here when not rented.)

Guests have access to the entire house and garage, driveway, and one parking pad in front of home. (No street parking permitted.) This is Wayne's residence when not booked.

This is a lovely quiet, upscale neighborhood with narrow streets in a location convenient to all the best dining and entertainment in Louisville.

Street parking is not permitted--one parking pad out front (2-wheels only on street), driveway, and lower level back-entry garage.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
