Our 1500+ square foot townhouse is three stories:
• Bedrooms: The huge bedrooms feature 5 beds (3 Queens and 2 Twins), each with its own en suite bathroom. 🛏️
• Layout: One bedroom on the 2nd floor, one on the 3rd floor.
• Living Area: 1st-floor common area includes a half bathroom, a passthrough kitchen, and a living room opening onto a shared courtyard facing bustling Baxter Avenue.

PARKING & ACCESS
• Guests have access to the entire townhouse.
• Includes one off-street covered parking spot. 🚗
• Plentiful free street parking is available nearby.

⚠️ NOTE TO LIGHT SLEEPERS
Our townhouse complex is in a very popular area for nightlife. We believe you will find that this is a very good thing! We recently installed window inserts that dramatically reduce the sound of live music coming from nearby bars on Friday and Saturday nights. Nearly all guests have been completely satisfied with their stay. However, note that extremely light sleepers may be affected.
