The 3-bedroom home and 1-bedroom *seasonal cottage sit atop a wooded hill with lots of backyard decking and great views—an inviting private oasis.
• Main House: Features a large living room, sunroom, formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and 2.5 baths. 🛁
• Seasonal Cottage: 1-bedroom with 2 twin/double bunk-bed sets, den, kitchenette, and full bath.
• Sleeping Options: Two separate living quarters give guests many options. (NOTE: Local ordinances limit the legal number of guests on property to a maximum total of 12).

*Important: Mid-winter availability of the cottage can vary due to sub-freezing temps affecting plumbing (usually closed Dec-March).

The backyard *seasonal cottage has 1-bedroom with 2 twin/double bunk-bed sets, den, kitchenette, and full bath.
Two separate living quarters mere steps apart give guests many options for sleeping arrangements: the 3-bedroom main house used alone can sleep 11, with use of the airbed and futon/sofa bed, plus the seasonal cottage with kitchenette that can sleep 6, giving guests several options for sleeping arrangements. (NOTE: Local ordinances limit legal number of guests on property to a maximum total of 12.)
