The property is yours to enjoy but if you need anything we are here if you need us. Entry code will be sent to you along with other instructions about a day prior to your arrival.

Boy oh boy...The Highball sits in perhaps the absolute PERFECT LOCATION. Restaurants, shopping, bars, distilleries, museums. We are right at the west edge of the Highlands approaching NULU and downtown.

Feel free to bring your vehicles. We have a HUGE parking lot behind our building with dedicated parking for our guests.Although you may want to take Uber/Lyft while you are here. BTW, you can walk to a bunch of stuff too!

So many to list. Note, we have 3 types of ice! The main house fridge makes regular ice cubes as well as Ice balls for bourbon. We also have a separate ice maker.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
